The range of a corset relates to the maximum waist reduction achievable. However, a corset is not required to be tied so tightly as to achieve the maximum waist reduction and this is adjustable based on personal preference between comfort and control.

Waist reduction is based on multiple factors, including body shape, body sizes, type of corset, and how tight you lace the corset.

Just like a new pair of jeans, your corset will become more comfortable after it has been worn as it forms to your body's shape. But your corset should not be uncomfortable to begin with. It should be constricting, but not uncomfortable.

Everyone has a different body shape and "comfortable" means something different to every person. We just want you to be happy with your corset and we want you to be able to wear it without suffering! Your body may fit better in a different size, a different style of length, or another style. Please contact our customer service for assistance if your corset is uncomfortable when you first try it on so we can assist you. Worn merchandise cannot be returned.

Our authentic corsets are constructed with lightweight steel bones, not plastic. Ranges and potential for waist slimming varies per corset and can be found in the details on the product's pages. Our corsets that fall into the more severe waist training range achieve maximum waist reduction over time and need to be 'seasoned'.

Lace your corset up properly
