Shipping is a $15 flat rate on all purchases and on all returns. No minimum purchase is required.

Route is a package protection solution, also known as shipping insurance, that helps cover you in the event that your order gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit. Route can be added at checkout for a small additional charge. Read more, click here: Route Insurance

We work very hard to ensure that all orders are shipped out as quickly as possible, but there could be unforseen circumstances causing delays related to shipping times which are out of our control, especially at holiday time.

We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, 99% of the parcels are delivered within our specified timescales.

Late parcels are rare and we work closely with the couriers to resolve any resolvable issues.

If you are waiting for a parcel to arrive and it is past its expected date of arrival or it shows it was delivered to your address but you have not received it, please first check all of your possible delivery locations (front desk, side door, mailbox, neighbor), and then Contact Us. Please include your order number.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Military
Addresses. Please use a standard residential or business address.

If your order has not yet shipped, we wil try to, and may be able to, change the shipping method, but this will not always be possible.

Unfortunately, once your order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to your order.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email which will contain a link to your tracking information.

If you do not receive this tracking email it is possible that the confirmation email may have landed in your spam/junk folder.

If the order has not yet shipped, we will be able to place the order on hold and amend it to the new size you would like, subject to stock availability.

If you have noticed an incorrect address on your order, please Contact Us as soon as possible with your order number and the correct address. Please be sure to add the word 'Urgent' to your request.

We are unable to amend an address once it has been shipped, so we so must work quickly to correct the shipping address before your order leaves our warehouse.

Yes. We are able to customize your gift card if it is over $150. In this case, please Contact Us for assistance with your gift card order.

Yes. If a gift card was used to pay for the purchase, then the refund can be applied to the gift card.

If only a part of an order is refunded that was purchased using a gift card and other methods of payment, we are able to apply a refund to each of the payment methods.

It is imperative that you make this contact immediately after placing your order, before we prepare and ship your package. Once we have shipped it, we cannot add this card.

Please make sure to include your order number in your request and write exactly what the card should say. The cards are small gift cards. Please limit the characters and keep it very short or it will not all fit on the card.

The more complete your request is, the faster we can prepare the package properly and get it out to your recipient. Incomplete requests will delay shipping as we work to clarify your details.

We are a start-up company and grateful for your business. Every one of our new customers will receive a special "thank you" with their first order. Since we couldn't send flowers, we have sent a small piece of special seeded flower paper which will become beautiful flowers with a little TLC.

The handmade paper is formed one sheet at a time by hand in Seattle, Washington. They are made from 100% post industrial waste and are 100% tree free and acid free fiber.

Embedded in the paper is their unique North American Wildflower seed blend. The seeds will need four hours a day of direct sunlight with constant watering in well draining soil until your plant is large enough to handle a brief drought.

If you want to start them in a plastic bag, they can survive for two weeks in just their paper habitat before they need nourishment from soil. The plants can grow as tall as three feet.

The seeds include: Snapdragon, Petunia, Beardtongue, Daisy, Thyme, Poppy, Catchfly, Maiden Pinks and Chamomile.

Before or after germination, plant flat under 1/4" of soil, keep moist and enjoy!

Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Sale items are Final Sale. No returns or exchanges.

Our returns window is 14 days from the date you receive your parcel. This will give you time to try on your garment and decide if you like it.

We are sorry your purchase did not work out. It is in your best interest to act quickly if you are requesting an exchange. If you would like to exchange an item for a different, but more expensive item, it is not a problem. We will adjust your invoice accordingly and then we will charge you the difference.

Because our stock moves quickly, we cannot reserve designs. However, as soon as you have dropped off your return using our hassle-free returns label, your item will be electronically tracked and your exchange will be processed as soon as we receive it.

Corseti Couture wants you to be uber satisfied with your purchase. However, we know that sometimes you may need to make a return. Our 14-day return period should give you plenty of time to try on your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund upon your return, we ask that:

1. Your item is unused and unworn. Trying it on for size is fine. But please try it on over a t-shirt, tank top, corset liner, etc...

2. Your item is in the same condition that you received it in. It cannot be worn or have any stains. Please do not try your new apparel on with makeup on your face or body, self-tanner, lotion, oil, deodorant, etc... These products will leave stains and we will not be able to offer you a refund.

3. Your item is returned with the swing tag labeling attached.

4. Your item is returned with the original packing slip or with the returns document provided to you when you download your return shipping label.

Corset and Coordinates Care

Our corsets are "Dry Clean Only" due to the numerous metal components used in their construction.

If a corset becomes damp at any point it is very important that you try to dry the garment as quickly as possible to avoid steel components

We advise placing the corset in between two towels and lying it flat in an open space to air dry.

The ideal way to store your corset is flat. Your corset needs some space to ensure that the bones are straight, a drawer is an ideal home for your corset but please allow it plenty of space and avoid cramming the garment in with too many other items.

Each piece has its own set of cleaning instructions. Please see product detail pages for specifics on cleaning. Each item is also labeled with cleaning instructions and material content.
