Shipping and Returns

Shipping Cost 

  • Shipping is a $15 flat rate on all purchases and on all exchanges. No minimum purchase is required.

Where We Ship

  • We ship to the 48 contiguous states. International shipping, and shipping to Military APO/FPO/DPO, are unavailable at this time. We hope to accommodate these options soon. 

Shipping Speed

  • Standard 1-7 business days (domestic) after order processing. 

  • These are approximate shipping times. We cannot guarantee an item will be delivered within these time frames. For assistance with shipments that exceed the above time frames, contact us and we’ll be happy to assist.

Order Processing and Packaging

  • All verified orders will receive an initial email confirming the purchase, and a second email with tracking information.

  • Orders are evaluated by fraud detection services. If your order is deemed fraudulent and too risky to fulfill, your payment will be voided, and your funds will be released back to the original payment method.

  • Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours of receiving verified payment information. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday (and Holidays) will be shipped the following week. Note that during peak seasons, shipments may experience slight delays.

  • We take care and pride in our beautiful luxury packaging, just as we do in our products. TLC takes a little time. We do not charge additional to prepare each package to arrive as an elegant gift in customized luxury Corseti Couture packaging. 

Cancellations and Changes to Existing Orders

  • Cancellations and changes to the shipping address are not possible once an order has been placed.

  • If a shipment is returned to us undeliverable due to an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional flat shipping fee of $15 for reshipment which is non-refundable.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

  • Corseti Couture is proud to partner with Route Package Insurance for increased package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route at checkout for a small fee, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never arrives or is damaged upon arrival, you can easily file a shipping issue with Route and be refunded. Returns and Exchanges

  • Our Return Policy allows for returns and exchanges for 14 days upon delivery. This is to give you enough time to make sure it is what you want for your occasion and that it fits you well. But it is in your best interest to act quickly if you are requesting an exchange. Waiting may make it difficult to exchange for another of the same kind due to the high demand for our limited Couture and one-of-a-kind Renewal pieces. 

  • Merchandise must be returned in its original condition. It cannot be worn and cannot have any stains. All original tags must be still attached, and all original packaging must be returned.

  • You are responsible for the return shipping rate quoted by your selected shipping source. You will be emailed a link for your shipping label once you initiate the return.

Exchanges, Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you would like to make an exchange instead of a return, or in the event that your item arrived damaged by shipping, you were shipped the wrong item, or a defective product, please do not begin the online return process yet.
